So the other weekend, when John and I went to Terlingua, our hotel room was not equipped with a Television. If any knows me, they know I cannot go to sleep without watching the TV for a good hour or two in bed first. Well, I had to entertain myself in other ways that evening while John worked on his article. So while playing with my computer, that I have owned for aleast a year now, I discovered it had a built-in webcam!! Here is the result…ha-ha…hope you enjoy!

I have been up to a lot of things around here at SB!! I have a huge secret to share with all of you blog followers but and I am just busting at the seams! I will reveal the big news for SB in a few days so be sure to check beck…and go find us on Facebook and Twitter for the up to the minute announcements. This past weekend John and I went to the Working Ranch Cowboy Association Finals in Amarillo with some of our closest friends. We had so much fun hanging out and I bought some really cute stuff at the trade show! Here are a few images I shot at the finals. These guys are definitely tough…check out the wild cow milking…they pretty much got their butts kicked but some cows! The very last picture was an awesome little kid that could ride that little Shetland great. He roped that calf better than some of the cowboys in the finals…I bet he’ll be here someday competing!

Well, it has been a while since my last post. I have been pretty busy this past week with loads of sessions and catching from going out of town. I have wanted to post some image from John and mines trip to Terlingua and Big Bend for a while now, and finally have some time. It was so much fun and I would recommend it to anyone. So here it is…one my longest post ever! Hope you enjoy getting a peek into our trip!!

This past weekend, in the midst  of all my boudoir ladies, I went out to Post to catch the Tom Butler Memorial Bronc Riding. It was so much fun…John and I went to it last year and it definitely does not fail to impress. These guys are great bronc riders, and there are some pretty awesome little kids as well. The little ones had a Shetland Bronc Ride…it was hilarious!!! Our little nieces, Jenna & Kara, got to come along as well and had a great time!! Check them out…

So for the past week and a half my little nephews, Caleb & Colt, have been here hanging out with my mom and me. I had so much fun playing with those two little boys. I really miss them now but, they had to go back home to their Mom and Dad in Belton. We did so much stuff, like the fair and the fire station, which you all have already seen, but for their last night here we went out to The Maize! It was so much fun and Caleb had a blast. Colt had fun too but by the time we made it out of the maize he was sacked out…ha-ha!! Here are a few shots I took of Caleb riding the cow train and sippin’ on some hot chocolate. Aren’t they the cutest…=)!!! I really need to go see my little nieces soon. They just live 15 minutes away and I feel like I never see them! Okay…Goal for this week…see Jenna and Kara!! Oh and this Saturday, at the Post Rodeo Arena, is the Tom Butler Memorial Bronc Riding. John and I went last year and it is so much fun. You should try and head out there. They have some awesome bronc riders and a Shetland bronc riding…it is awesome…those little kids can ride!
